I have done M.R.C.S and my wife is done her M.R.Cpath part 1.Is our degree recognized in Australia ?How do we apply there?

Don't worry about recognition....

Start applying on the net to various hospitals that adv vacancies in area of need.... Just get in touch with as many agencies as possible and send your CV to them.
You can give interview on phone and they would arrange for your relocation too..

Then you can approach the Royal Colleges of Australia directly to see whether they grant you any exepmtions.... which they might very do...
