most common site of tb spine

1) t12-L1
2) L4-5
3)S1-2
4)C6-7

what we have been taught is....order of occurance of tb spine..is dorsal..lumbar...dorsolumbar..and then cervical

so anwer should be....2)
but mudit khann says....1)..any views..pl with ref

Hi! Maheshwari, 3rd edition, ,page 172 says that commonest site is DORSO-LUMBAR region and not dorsal region. Logically then, the answer is T12-L1.

Even by your own statement, that dorsal spine is the commonest, how can the ans be L 4 -5?

most common site for TB spine is dorsolumbar junction..
so answer is t12-l1
