Quick Scroll "gap" or "window" 01.02.08 (6 months ago) #5

Occasionally a gap of several weeks or longer may seperate the disappearance of HBsAg and the appearance of anti-HBs. During this "gap" or "window" period, anti-HBc may represent serologic evidence of current or recent HBV infection.
