i m a graduate of year 2001 ..... cleared USMLE step 1 with 88% and step 2 with [snip]% , only to know that my future will be blocked cause of visa refusal by usa embassy and my all excitement would turn into quagmire of uncertainty.I am from islamabad pakistan.

to cut short ,right now its really hard for me to decide wat exams and country should i pursue where i wudnt b disappointed again as trust me palz i cant afford dat now.

1,,PLAB ).......when i think about PLAB i get the impression from others that uk is already over saturated with doctors especially our pak and india,and the doctors presently there rnt getting jobs to wat extent dat is true???, secondly wat if i take PLAB plus i take MRCP 1 ?? could this open more rooms in getting jon in uk instead of just PLAB
alone.??

2 MCC) now when i think about Canada , i hav few questions here regarding it.
a).. is there any reqirement of house job in the 4 speciality for MCC??????
b)..if i score good enough in mcc , r there any good chances of getting job in internal medicine ?? as i believe whn i can score [snip]% in step 2 USMLE , i definatetly by the right preparation and books can score higher in mcc
c) getting training in Canada is as good as it is in usa ???and wat is the salary scale there.

3..AMC ).. now wat about Australia , like after clearing AMC wat r the chances of getting job in auastralia specifically in internal medicine,i alreadt hav two years experience in internal medicine including my internship.so ??????

having written all dat, kindly suggest me which exam can i pursue where the chances of job and future security is better, and which country is best for living.or wat u people can advise me .
