Difficult to get radio nowadays...keep a back up specilaity in mind but try for radio...if you have already completed a radiology residency in India then you can try to get fellowship which may be easier to get. then backtrack to complete your residency. Hope that helps

Hw much do Letters of recommendation from US docs help? Are the prospects almost nil for a graduate from India, even wid good scores and Good LORs? Does prelim help?
