Which type of fibres are most sensitive to action by Local Anaesthetics ?
A,B,C,D ???
Some people are of the opinion that the answer shud be Type C fibres cause these fibres are the thinnest in diameter but other opine that since B Fibres are mylinated, they shud be most susceptible to LA action.
i shall appreciate any1 of adequate knowledge to clear this doubt...

its typec as the fibres are thin and have better exposed channels in contrast to myelinated one/// also to remember demyelination inMS leads to channel exposure and hence consequent Pathology that whetherNa channels are exposed or chloride channels......
