answer given is A but confusion is between d and a.

vaccination on the day of collection of the sera .. cannot be the answer..even for the earliest antibody igm to be formed in detectable amounts it takes few days..
viral infection leads to antibody formation..
and what about convalescence ...not mentioned after which infection??
the question is wierd..
probably the answer is a?i think so..
