1.thyroid cancer
2,Thyroiditis
3.Goitre
4.all of the above.

well the answer is 4.but could someone tell me whats scabard mean anyways.

scabbard trachea
    narrowing of the trachea posteriorly
    best seen on lateral view of chest, inlet view
    caused by anterior neck mass (e.g. goiter)
    may cause stridor, dyspnea
