sacroilitis can be asymmetrical in psoriatic arthropathy!

also 5 types of psoriatic arthropathy presentation-

1)classic ankylosing spondylitis
2)oligo articular presentation
3)poly articular presentation simulating RHEUMATOID arthritis
4) arthritis mutilans
5)mixed variety

SO NEED NOT ALWAYS HAVE SACROILITIS!
