hey , just venting out frustration here, but internship sucks and it literally does , it sucks out ur energy, time, self respect and more than all it even vaccum cleans out that thin chance of getting lucky in the aipgmee.
callin for encouraging and inspiring replies.
will be thankful .

Internship is NOT MEANT for preparing for Entrance Exams.
You can prepare in your spare time, but preparing at the cost of your internship is disaster

hey hi,
u r absolutely right it internship sucks..when i started mine,i was realy excited...but then i realized im just fooling myself..n these pgs they just using us n senior docs they think we know nothin..useless fellows..thts why i left that hospital..now im doin proxy internship..i just ve to pay 200/- fr a month thats it..

I'm a bit of a newcomer here guys but I disagree with your opinion on internship.
Granted, the work's hard and the registrars can be irritating but you wont ever find an opportunity to learn clinical skills anytime later. Plus, if you know how to be a little diplomatic, the residents can be extremely helpful with preparing for the pg's. After all, they have been in the same situation.

hello guys,
internsship is the silence before the storm...
ur seniors think u know nothing,
u think u know everything,
u study, u play,
u fool around, do less, talk a lot abt things u've done...
u end up reaching nowhere at the end of it.
when u finish ur internship only u realize ur stupidity, the way u shud've spent ur time, the things u took for granted..wasted energy... now is the time. do what all u want to.

whtever you do is ur personal opinion ,, quit blaming the doctors and quality of med education at KMC ,, proxy internship s going to get you nowhere ,, neways all the best fr ur future ,, im sure you know who I am

intern ship is one thing where you are expected to learn skills.And u can be skilfull only when u toil hard. it helps u to learn how to work under the toughest conditions.

hi...
i m just about to start mine.....heard a lot on how ur energy n dignity is compromised during this one year.....
but honestly speaking, after completing my MBBS i think i m nowhere close to being a doc...theorys fine..but what abt real xperience,man.....
we kill our clinics with xam oriented studies n case discussions..kill our internship with this rigourous entrance prep....at the end of it we cease to be what we started out for..
hope my opinion about internship does not turn out to be like yours once i get started........
