What change would you find in the Inguinal canal after the surgery of inguinal hernia ?

Normal anatomical space is obliterated. In normal persons the conjoint tendon is not in contact with the inguinal ligament along its whole length. But, after herniorraphy, they both are in contact, thus obliterating the space. So, the space within the canal is reduced.

the space in it is reduced...posterior ring is much closed so further hernia in future don`t occur...
