i cd only find a ref in support for dysgerminoma.

that is the ovarian carcinoma which is a/w genital tract abnornality.but thats not in options.
what is the ans given mist ?

The tumors originating as downgrowths of the surface epithelium of the ovary are reg as egs of ovarian mullerianosis, with epithelial cells resembling endosalpinx.

thanks mist .
that makes it clear that the ans is serous cystadenoma.

so mullerionosis is not the same as some mullerian abnormality of genital tract ,as i mistook.

317 shawas 12edition-
serous cystadenoma-
papillary excrescences may be seen on the surface and within the loculi in benign cyst.
lining of cyst contains tall columnar ciliated epithelium resembling endosalpinx.

i hope that sthe ans given .
