No. DMER/MH-SSET 2005/vacant seats /Selection List/2-A, Date : 17/9/2005.

MH-SSET-2005
Allotment of DM /MCh Medical Superspeciality Courses on vacant seats after 2nd round.

The list of candidates selected on the vacant seats after 2nd round for admission to DM /MCh Medical Superspeciality Courses as per State Merit List Nos. and as per choices filled by the candidates is displayed on 17th September, 2005. The concerned candidates should complete the following procedures for admission at the concerned Medical College/Institution.

1) Report to the office of the allotted institution and pay the necessary fees prescribed by the concerned Medical institution by 23rd September, 2005 up to 5.30 p.m. failing which the selection will be treated as cancelled.

2) Submit all original certificates as specified in the brochure to the concerned Medical Institution.

3) Submit the provisional Eligibility Certificate from the concerned University and submit the same to the concerned Medical Institution.

4) Submit registration Certificate with Maharashtra Medical Council, Mumbai (MMC) within 1 month from the date of selection, if not registered earlier with MMC, Mumbai.

5) Submit the bonds as per Rule No. 12.1 & 12.2 of the MH-SSET-2005 brochure within 30 days.

6) Candidates who desires to submit status retention form given on page No.9 of MH-SSET-2005 Preference form brochure should submit the same by 23rd September, 2005 upto 5.30 p.m..

7) Candidates will have to keep the academic terms as per requirements of the concerned University/MCI to appear for University Examination.

8) Join the course on or before 23rd September, 2005.

9) As per letter from the Dean, LTM Medical College, Sion, Mumbai, the accommodation at the said college will be on sharing basis.

As per orders passed on 22/7/2005 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (C) No. 13923/2005 and in SLP (C) No. .....CC 6725/2005, admissions on MCI Not Recognised DM /MCh Superspeciality Courses are made.

Notification for filling of vacant seats, if any will be declared on or after 23 rd, September, 2005.

All correspondence to be made with DMER office should be marked to "Attn.: - A Branch" (Fax No. 022-22652168, 022-22620562)
