Yeah. The choices 1, 2 and 3 are correct.

H3 receptors
-----------------

Agonists : alpha-methyl histamine, Imetit
Antagonists : Thioperamide, Impromidine, Burimamide.

Actions of agonists :
1. In the brain, they act presynaptically and inhibit the release of histamine, leading to sedation ( That makes choice 1 correct)
2. In lung, spleen, skin and gastric mucosa, they decrease histamine content ( That makes choice 2 correct ).
3. In the ileum and airway, they inhibit H1 mediated bronchoconstriction ( That makes choice 3 correct ).

Quite a googly, since we bother least about these H3 receptors !
