NHP -02 includes all goals except-
1eradicate polio and yaws by 2005
2.acheive zero level transmission of HIV/AIDS by 2010.
3.eliminate kala azar by 2005
4.eliminate lymphatic filariasis by 2015

ashish amit give ans as 3.true .
but isnt 2 also wrong.

for that matter is there any time frame for level of transmission for HIV?
is it same as level of growth--even then it wd be wrong .isnt it?

Increase share of Central grants to Constitute at least 25% of total health spending - 2010
