all are sequulae to musculocutaneous nerve inj excepy--
1.loss of supiantion of forearm
2.loss of flexion at arm.
3.loss of flexion at elbow.
4sensory losss over lateral lower area of arm.

this is little confusing for me
musculo cutaneous nerve palsy causes loss of supination and flexion at elbow.there will be inability to flex arm strongly. and sensory loss is over the radilal forearm side (C6). if loss of flexion at arm indicates loss at shoulder jt movement....then i think answer is that... but am not sure whether it causes sensory loss over lower lateral arm. one good point to rememeber is this nerve gives motor branches above elbow and sensory branches below elbow.

can someone give better idea

answer is 2. main flexors at the arm is pactoralis major.(e.g at the shoulder joint) biceps is just acessory flexures so itdoes not cause loss of flexion of arm
