inj to ulnar nerve at wrist causes paralysis of-
1opposition of thumb.
2.abductn at CM jt of thumb.
3.adductn of thumb.
4.flexion at MCP jt of middle finger.

and given is b and c.
shouldnt it be c and d?

i think the answer is 3, adduction of thumb

unlnar nerve injury causes flexion at MCP of little and ring finger, not sure about midle finger

no mp.in distal ulner nerve palsy.only flextion of mcp of ring and little fingers is affected .first and second digit spares(this is called ulnar claw hand).

this is because flextion of mcp is cause by lumbricles. and first and second lumbricles are supplied with median nerve and 3rd and 4th by ulnar nerve.

actually i was bit wrong in my explanation actually it is that first two slip of fdp is supplied by mendian nerve.
