ha ha , how to stop this habity is u asking man,
but i think its the essential thing for a nice study ...
take a 2 to 3 minute break every 45 to 60 mins..
take a break of 20 to 30 minutes , for every 3 hours study ,,

do what u like in the breaks ,
listen to enrique or shakira..
or may be bon jovi or U2..

watch some cricket match, u will change the sport channel soon coz u will see india loosing there now a days..

enjoy have fun ,,, study is fun too !

DO NOT TAKE A BREAK.
THE BRAIN DOES NOT REQUIRE IT.
DO YOU NOT ALREADY SLEEP DAILY?
JUST TAME YOUR MIND, KEEP IT FOCUSSED.
THAT IS ALL.
