Berryliosis and silicosis show foriegn body granulomas. In syphilis the gumma lesion represents granulomatous reaction to organism!!

not clear chand!!!!!!!

in silicosis do we have granuloma formation?

what i know is that among all pneumoconiosis berylliosis is the only one where we find the granuloma formation and in rest of them we find intense fibrosis.........

pls correct me if i m wrong!

but my doubt is:
in silicosi we dont have granuloma...

in berylliosis we have granuloma...but is it immune granuloma?

see harrison 15th edi page 1470 it says that berylliosis forms granuloma exactly like sarcoidosisa it is not possible to differntiate from sarcoidosis unless tissue level of beryllium is measured.
and see robbins 7th edi page 83 it gives sarcoidosis in the example of immune granuloma. so inference is taht beryllium cause immune granuloma

absolutely bravi answer is silicosis.

but just to add remember in silicosis if tb occus than immune granuloma due to tb complicating silicosis can occur. this is just aother point.
here answer is definately silicosis.

search online for for immune granuloma google books and you will see that sillicosis causes an immune granuloma.
