is it same as YAG LASER

no shraddha lasik uses excmer laserif it is used for -2 to -14 diopter with excimer lazor.

spects and contact lens can not be used for very high myopia.

Yag laser is of no use in this question. Lensectomy is the answer as by removing the lens u reduce the refractive power a little.And u can put in a 0 power IOL>

Yeah, clear lens extraction is the answer.

Reference Parsons : It says : Clear lens extraction is the choice when the overall refractive power reduction of the eye is >15 Dioptres (Page 84, table 8.1, Parsons 19th edition )
