Miotics are contraindicated in inflammatory & post-inflammatory glaucoma.. So ans is Pilocarpine & ecothiophate?

Prostaglandin analogues (like latanoprost, bimatoprost and travoprost) are also CI in uveitis with glaucoma.
(although this is not an option in this particular MCQ, it may be a possible mcq option in the exams)

Miotics increase the inflammation so they are c/i in inflmmatory glaucoma . Also if miotic is used as a treatment for glaucoma , it should be discontinued 4weeks preoperative because miotic causes increased bleeding and severe fibrinous iridocyclitis.

pilocarpine is contraindicated as the inflamed iris may come in contact with lens resulting in more glaucoma
Atropine with steroids very helpful

steroids are the drug of choice in inflamatory glaucoma... glaucoma with uveitis.. the next line is atropine.. pilocarpine is contraindicated in this as correctly mentioned above.. another drug c/i is prostaglandin inhibitors- lantoprost
