Captain prasung, I dont think ur answer is accurate. Ring of Sommerring is the golden ring seen when hydrodissection is done. The ring separates the epinucleus from the nucleus.

I have something else here: Parsons, 19th ed. Page 297 says : Opaque fibres enclosed between two layers of capsule, form a dense ring behind the iris (Sommerring ring).
