Among Posterior dislocation of femur & Fracture shaft femur ,

whc 1 of them would cause maximal shortening of lower limb ?

both cases will show shortening,

PDH 'll 've more, coz here shifting of femoral head backward, in other case shrtening is d/t muscle spasm only...
