I am an oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
My queries are,
1. R there any good internet sites to upgrade my knowlegde on subjects like cleft lip and palate repair,orthognathic surgeries,soft tissue handling etc
2.Is any MDS preparing for DNB exams.Kindly guide me as i too want to go through these exams

is there possible to give breathing exercise after tracheostomy ? breathig exercise like coughing etc...
i think answer should be no but what u think.
