Dear Anil,
I am a Gen. Surgery PG from India, (Age 35yrs) and want to get into Radiology in the US. I have a few publications that I did during my PG days, including an international publication in a very reputed book.

I am currently appearing for Step 1 in Jan 2009
How can I increase my chances of getting a Radiology residency? What do I need to do - How do I prepare myself now?

I would really appreciate a detailed response
