A May 2003 AIIMS question in Amit Ashish goes like this ...

The usefullness of screening test is determined by :-

1) sensitivity

2) specificity

3) reliability

4) predictability ?

The answer they gave is "Sensitivity" .

But in Park's SPM , there's a statement tht
" the usefullness is determined by the positive predictive value whc in
turn is determined by
sensitivity
specificiy
prevelance "

So shouldn't predictablity be the correct answer (assuming tht predictabiity = positive predicitive value)
