a) coeliac block

b)transthoracic splanchinectomy

AND WHY IT IS PREFERRED OVER OTHER ???

recent literature says now a days transthoracic splancectomy is preferred over coeliac block..
as it has more long term relief n less sideeffects.

if anyone has any nice xplanation plz post
