A 30yrs old alcoholic male has developed sudden attack of high fever, rigors, cough and foul smelling sputum of 2 weeks duration. On examination there is dullness with bronchial breathsound in right mammary area. Skiogram chest reveals single rounded opacity with no fluid level in Right mid zone. The likely diagnosis is :



a) Infected hydatid cyst
b) Amoebic lung abscess
c) Bronchiectasis
d) Nectrotizing pneumonia ?
