me trying to spk in shoutbox..
and give company to wonderful people like nehra..aditi..
december mist..bhavu..manpreet and others who keep this forum
lively and entertaining!
but everytime i try to do so it says fatal error

somebody pls help!

Hi wondergirl. Can you help us more by posting a screenshot of the error?

If you do not know how to take a screenshot, follow these instructions:

1. Open the page where the "fatal error" is seen.

2. Make sure that is the only window displayed on your computer screen and it is in full mode.

3. press "alt" and "print sreen" keys together to take a picture of the screen (called screenshot). The "alt" key is usually in the lower left corner of the keyboard. The "print screen" key is on upper right corner. It can be labelled as "prt sc" or "prt scrn" or "print screen".

4. Now open a graphics program and paste this picture (by right click --> paste or by pressing "ctrl" and "v" keys together). The graphics program can be any photo software but "microsoft paint" (found in start->all programs-> accessories) is the most common (as it is usually available on most computers.

5. Save this picture somewhere on computer.

Now to post this picture into forum, upload it to some free image site (like

) and just paste the image link for us to see.

It will be really helpful for us to see what is happening on your computer.
