Hi,
I am also a second year student and I personally find Walter Israel to be very useful for general Pathology
. What i find truly remarkable about this book is that it is very readable and easy to understand. Although the book is out of print for several years i am sure that one can find it in the library

NEW HARSH MOHAN IS XCELLENT.....
BUT ROBBINS IS THE BEST.............
U HAV JST ENTERED 2ND PROFF....
YAAAR...GET A ROBBINS.....BIG EDITION..................
IF U CN AFFORD ,A HARSH MOHAN ALSO ELSE JST READ FRM FRIENDS OR LIBRARY FIRST....
LATER TRY ROBBINS......................
EVN 4 PG ENTRANCE,WATS GIVEN IN ROBBINS IS THE STANDARD....
U CANT READ ANDERSON AND ALL ...RIGHT?
SO JST TRY ROBBINS..............
BUT 4 XAM SAKE IT WUD BE BETTER TO HAV A GLANCE THROUGH HARSH AND U CAN SCORE.....
THE TABLES OF MORPHOLOGY....GRREEN COLOURED ,IN ROBBINS ARE XTREMELY IMPORTANT

Studying ROBBINS need dedication.its not totally exam oriented and hence writing answers in your exams would become difficult.........as a reference book it is awesome......
But for the exams of 2nd MBBS i would advice HARSHMOHAN....
