we can rule out 2 and 3. abt 1 I am not sure what is being meant...is it the pulse and circulation in the burnt arm?(then that is nt true, as I cannot imagine taking pulse ina burnt hand and also the limb ia already hyperemic) if u mean other peripheral pulse, why should that help... icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

well doppler usg is the best way2 detect early vasculasr compromise in a circumferential burn
for upper limbs---palmar arches
for lower limbs---tibial,dorsalis pedis arteries

in such a burn
