1. loss of sensation in dorsal forearm
2. flat shoulder
3. wrist drop
4. claw hand

# SNOH results in injury to axillary nerve !!

Axially Nerve supplies deltoid ,tere major [muscular branches] & cutaneous supply over the lowerhalf of deltoid!!

Axillary nerve palsy leads to

*loss of abduction upto 120 deg ie glenohumreral abduction !
* loss of round contour of shoulder

plus loss of sensation of region of skin over the lower half of deltoid

so the ans is b)

Commest joint in the body to disloacte is Shoulder Joint

MC type of shoulder dislocation is anterior = subcoracoid

MC Nerve injured in Shoulder dislocation is Axillary Nerve

MC type of # a/w shoulder dislocation is Hill-Sachs lesion or compression fracture of the posterior humeral head


MC complication of an acute shoulder dislocation is recurrence

MC joint to undergo r/c dislocation is shoulder joint

MC artery to be injured is axillary artery (inf dislocation)

Tech of reduction of anterior shoulder dislocation - Kocher's method

Age at dislocation is the most important prognostic indicator for recurrence
