shouldn't 1 is rite, U KNOW, BREAST CONSERVATIVE Sx IS APPLICABLE WHEN SIZE OF LUMP IS < 4 cm...

will the size of the breast tumor alone decide in favour of breast conservation surgery. what about the histological type , for e.g. , lobular ca is multicenteric and multifocal.
