Experts insist bright blue cars and yellow cars are the safest to drive.

• Pablo Picasso often paid for things by check because people would keep the check for the value of his signature, thus allowing him to get things for free.

• Tweety Bird was originally named Orson. He was originally pink, but censors thought he looked naked, so his color was changed to yellow.

• The Romans had three words for kissing. Basium was the kiss exchanged by acquaintances, osculum was the kiss between close friends and suavium was the kiss between lovers.

• "Aibohphobia" is the fear of palindromes.

• The Walkman was originally called the Soundabout.

• Another name for your armpit is the "axilla."

• There are 412 doors in the White House.

• "Oneiromancy" is the practice of predicting the future by interpreting dreams.

• "Pnigophobia" is the fear of choking on fish bones.

• A flea expert is a pullicologist

• Birds prefer their droppings to be on white cars, according to a recent scientific study.

• The first Olympic games to be televised were the 1936 games in Berlin.

• The seeds on a strawberry are on the outside of the berry. A single strawberry has about 200 seeds.

• When antelopes become excited and leap vertically into the air, it is called "pronking."

Quick Scroll for those giving amc part 1 12.14.05 (2 years ago) #7

i was going through a website of latrobe hospital victoria n found this:

We also welcome students who are interested in shadowing a professional within the hospital. This exciting opportunity provides students with hands-on experience observing a hospital employee perform their job duties. For additional information, please contact the Education department at 724-537-1755.

so for those giving the mcq exam n hanging around looking for a job in Australia this could be a useful way of spending time while waiting.
not too sure of how it works but any one who is interested can contact them.
