does Russell's corpuscle term exist ???

pacinian corpuscle are definately present in skin
their function is proprioception.

Pacinian corpuscles, Meissners corpuscles, and free nerve endings are mechanoreceptors that detect touch.

Pacinian corpuscle respond to intense pressure,

Meissner's corpuscles to gentle pressure, and

free nerve endings to touch, pressure, and pain.
