ME WANNA KNOW GP MEANS IN Australia ?
IF I COMPLETE MY AMC AND HAVE I YEAR TRAINING WILL I BE RECOGNIZED AS A GP ?

OR NEED I HAVE FELLOWSHIP TO BE A GP IN Australia ?

Hi, I don't think that will qualify you as a GP.

Here's what I've found:
GP Registrars (GPRs) are the future of General Practice. They are graduated doctors who are training in the specialty of General Practice with the length of the training being a minimum of three years.

Hey NIC,

How easy or tough it is to get entry in to the GP training, and after completing training and clearing FRACGP what are the chances to become a GP in a fairly good city if not the captials.
