It cant be d i am sure.
It can be B.

Reason: Park says "most important factor while testing associations( i.e while attributing exposure to a disease) , even more than p factor is bias".

But now the question arises:
* Does testing association and measuring exposure mean one and the same.

Now at this point I was told that if such question is from a desi book we can take that both mean the same!!!

I think its matching.....In the case control study, finding an appropriate matching is the foremost concern and it is the biggest drawbacks of case control study.... in fact appropriate matching minimizes selection bias ( after this measurement bias can happen but it is contrllable by the investigator..but once selection bias is inserted its hard to get rid off).
