so the answer is NONE Of the above

Ulcerative colitis is associated with disease exacerbations in the first trimester and during the early postpartum period. Medical management of these diseases during pregnancy is identical to the management in the nonpregnant state (Chap. 287

as far as i have read..

ulcerative colitis has no effect on pregnancy..
so option "d" is correct..the disease remains as such!
