ya thats true. even i heard the same thing. i even heard one of the student went to supreme court on the same issue. hope atleast next year we will have exam for open candidates

I was told by a friend that being a minority institute, they are free to persue their own laws..
By the way, they have sent all open seats of JIPMER to All India Quota
