d)compulsive disorder
ans is compulsive disorder ,bt i remember reading delusion is absent in delirium icon_rolleyes.gif

in ocd -delusion is certainly not present.ideas are recognised as ego dystonic.

but ur right cant seem to remember reading about delusion in delirium.i'l check and get back

causes of delusions :

Marijuana intoxication - paranoid delusions
Psychotic d/s - delusion symptoms are a hallmark of a psychotic disorder like Schizophrenia, post partum psychosis
Depression - MDP, Bipolar d/o
Dementia
Alcohol withdrawal & alcoholism - Paraniod delusions
Mania - delusions of grandeur
Amphetamines - paranoid delusions
porphyria
Delirium - fleeting delusions

delusions are seen in delirium. no doubt about that .
delusions are not seen in OCD. if seen it wont be called OCD. it will come under one of psychosis categories.

ocd would be the right ans if there are psychotic features it would be considered as delusional disorder.
delirium is of 2 types the more florid hyper-active delirium with delusions( note these are semi-formed andfleeting and more due to overstimulation)
then the rare hypo- stimualted and often missed del.
but yes delusions do occur in delirium
