Faculty of Medical Sciences

The Post-Graduate Medical Entrance Test (PGMET) for admission to various Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma Courses will be held on Saturday, 11th February 2006 at Delhi.

Application form along with [bleep] of Information may be obtained from the office of the:

Assistant Registrar,
Faculty of Medical Sciences,
6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building,
University of Delhi,
Delhi- 110007

against a Bank Draft/ Banker Cheque drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi payable at Delhi in the following manner:

(i) [no ads please] of [bleep] of Information w.e.f. Monday, the 19th December, 2005.

(ii) By Hand for Rs. 600/- (Rs. Six Hundred Only) between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. on all working days upto 20.01.2006

(iii) By post for Rs. 650/- (Rs. Six Hundred and Fifty only) along wiht a self-addressed envelop of 10" X 8" upto 06.01.2006

The admissions in RMLH, KH, SJH, St. Stephans and HRH having MCI's Recognized and non-recognized seats will be subject to further orders of the Hon'ble High Court, Delhi in W.P.(C) Nos. 4811-20 of 2005. (Vikram Shah Batra & others - Vs - University of Delhi).

hi rxpg team...
could u pls help me with this info--
as to wheather students who have done their schooling from delhi and MBBS--from outside--THROUGH AI-PMT are entitled to apply for this exam?

i got this information that the recent judgement by supreme court has this provision--if its not from a private college outside but those under AI quota....pls help...or suggest from where, i can get this information...

M.D.: ANAESTHESIOLOGY, Anatomy , Biochemistry , COMMUNITY MEDICINE, Dermatology ; VENEREOLOGY & LEPROSY, Forensic MEDICINE, GENERAL MEDICINE, HEALTH ADMINISTRATION, Microbiology , Paediatrics , Pathology , Pharmacology , Physiology , Psychiatry , PULMONARY MEDICINE, RADIO-DIAGNOSIS and RADIO­THERAPY.

M.S. GENERAL SURGERY, OBSTETRICS & Gynaecology , Ophthalmology , ORTHOPAEDICS and OTORHINOLARYNGOLOGY.

2- POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA COURSES
ANAESTHESIOLOGY (DA), Dermatology ; VENEREOLOGY & LEPROSY (DDVL), OBSTETRICS & Gynaecology (DGO), Ophthalmology (DO), OTORHINOLARYNGOLOGY (DLO), Paediatrics (DCH), RADIO-DIAGNOSIS (DMRD), RADIATION MEDICINE (DRM), TUBERCULOSIS & CHEST DISEASES (DTCD), HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (DHA) AND HEALTH EDUCATION (DHE).

The selection of candidates for Delhi University Quota seats of the above courses will be made by the University from the Medical Graduates (MBBS) of the University of Delhi only. Seats of All India Quota in MD (Health Administration) and Diploma in Health Education (DHE) will also be filled up by the University on All India basis.

Application Form along with [bleep] of Information may be obtained from the office of the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi - 110 007 against a crossed M.I.C.R.

Bank Draft/Banker Cheque drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi payable at Delhi in the following manner:

(i) [no ads please] of [bleep] of Information w.e.f. Monday, the 19th December, 2005.
(ii) By hand for Rs.600/- (Rs. Six Hundred only) between 10,00 a.m. to 01.00
p.m. on all working days upto20.01.2006.

Note:
1. Candidates are required to apply separately for MD (Health Administration), Diploma in Health Education (D.H.E.) and other Post-Graduate (Degree/Diploma) courses.

2.The candidate should mention his/her name and address at the back of the Bank Draft/Banker Cheque. The candidates are advised to retain a photocopy of the Bank Draft/Banker Cheque.
