The Royal College of Surgeons of England currently holds the Intercollegiate MRCS at centres in Egypt, India and Sri Lanka.

These exams run subject to the number of candidates that show an interest. If enough candidates apply, Paper 1 & 2 will be held on the same date as in England.

The Part 3 Examination for the Diploma of Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons will be held in Kolkata, Commencing Monday, 26th February 2006. The examination will be administered by The Royal College of Surgeons and England and will be held at the Calcutta Medical Research Institute. The closing date for applications is January 13th 2006 and late applications will not be accepted.
