Sezary Syndrome is a poly-organ involvement syndrome..........where the T-cells manage to get into the blood stream and then involve any organ........besides skin.......however mycosis fungoides is the cutaneous expression of a T-cell lymphoma!!!!!!

Pautrier's abcess is found in Mycosis Fungoides while MICRO MUNRO ABCESS is found in Psoriasis!!!!!
