hi Sravya,
i know that this is not the right section
to ask this question, but yet is very very important
I have that applying for visa after completion of
MBBS or any professional degree for that respect
confers "emmigration clearanc not required"as per
visa rules .Can you please elaborate this ,for I'am
sure that you would have got you'r passport ready
witing for reply

hi sravya,
thank you for friendship, my question was that whether appiying
for passport after getting mbbs degree certificate confer certain advantage. one of the advantage which i have heard from many friends
is getting (emmigration clearance not required). at present my mbbs certificate is yet to be got. so iam in a dilema to apply for passport.
should i apply or wait? kindly guide me.

thank you sravvya,
i have successfully got my reply and i have already applied
for passport. The main thing wich i like to advice my fellow appliers is that the new rule is that ecnr clearance is not required even if a candidate is twelth pass, unlike previously, when only professional degree holders were only eligible for it. lots of thanks for your helps to clarify this question
