hello friends,

can someone tell me how "surgical correction of musculoskeletal deformities in leprosy" is an example of "rehabilitation" and not "disability limitation"?

we had MCQ on this topic in MUHS university exams. Park say its an example of "disability limitation" and no explanation is provided but it beats my logic. may be someone among u may have answer.

I think u could re read the question to ur self as "what are the rehabilitation measures undertaken for a patient of leprosy?" That gives the answer as disability limitation and not rehabilitation.No need of logic here i suppose.All we need to know is whats rehabilitation under national leprosy control (.............ooops its elimination now right!!!!!!!!!!) program.
