Answer: 28
95% confidence interval = [1 - 1.96 X SE, 1 + 1.96 X SE]

SE = standard error = SD/square root of sample size
Where SD is standard deviation

So here SE = 10/10 = 1

So lower limit of confidence interval = 30 - 1.96 X 1
=28.2
