Hi ,
Just refresh ur basic knowledge. What is doppler principle??????
When US is reflected from a MOVING STRUCTURE,the frequency of reflected waves is different from that of incident waves.the degree to which the frequency is altered depends on speed and direction of the moving structure.
Hence anything that is moving generates echo
Hence ALL of the above must be the answer.
There is something called URETERIC JET,where in flow of urine from ureter to the bladder can be demonstrated where in Urine reflects the ultra sound.
Friends, hope i have cleared ur doubts.

its mainly from RBCs because of their bulk in blood...doppler shift from others is relatively much weaker
