Form cost is 100+450 Rs.
Last Date of form submission: 12th Jan 2006
Seats: 50 % allindia rest not clear...chances are they will tell at the time of councilling.

this is a sad news for all of you if you are not an institutional candidate from AMU .i too had filled in the forms but it is now that i've recieved a letter from them stating that i am not eligible for the exam as i am a non institutional candidate and therefore not eligible for there exams.further they regretted the inconvinience caused to me!now all of you like me will be recieving this letter soon.
this is a clearcut violation of the allahabad high court order and some one has to bring this to the notice that even the judiciary is not respected in our land.even the parliament has not reversed this decision of the judiciary till date!

its the clear cut violation of rules n regulation in AMU
ONE WAY OR ANOTHER THEY HAD IT THEIR WAY
how can a central aided university can bend the laws like this
and what can we do?
should we prepare for other entrance exam or go to the court?
pathetic situation and good example of communism
now 150 internal students will compete for 25+seats
isn't there can be a check on such monoply....

this year AMU have given half their seats to all india and other half for institutional candidates. by the way institutional candidates are more than 500 and they are not eligible for UP state pg entrance.

t batch strength of 1 batch is 150
the seats given in all india is always t lower one
n if is it so why it was not stated in t prospectus.
it is not 4 t 1st times that AMU is conducting exam

actually there r so many legal issues involved, the matter is still sub-judice thats why probably it was not given in prospectus. besides its the same as in BHU (please see the post)

there was no pg test for session 2004 so there is a backlog of whole batch of traumatised institutional students which is adding up every year coz of 50% seats going in all india.

why AMU and BHU and other UP domicile students(who have done MBBS from outside UP) are not eligible for UP state pg entrance. in 2005 they even gave the test but answer sheets were not checked.

so its the same trauma even for institutional candidates. all this pg entrance(so few seats, doctors wasting so many years in preparation pg) sucks.
