there are psychoanalytical theories for most of the mental illnesses. However the case goes well with what is described in anorexia nervosa. a brief description of the theory is given below.

Patients with anorexia nervosa typically lack a sense of autonomy and selfhood.
Many experience their bodies as somehow under the control of their parents. Self-starvation may be an effort to gain validation as a unique and special person.
Only through acts of extraordinary self-discipline can the anorexic patient develop a sense of autonomy and selfhood.
Psychoanalytic clinicians generally agree that patients have been unable to separate psychologically from their mothers.
The body may be perceived as if it were inhabited by an introject of an intrusive and unempathic mother.
Starvation may have the unconscious meaning of arresting the growth of that intrusive internal object and thereby destroying it.

u can also solve this by exclusion.

personality disorder cannot be diagnosed at 14years of age.

there are no clear symptoms of schizophrenia. also 14years as age of onset for females rare.

two different personalities have not been mentioned.

russel first gave the working rules.
enmeshed families are supposed to predispose to anorexia. this is premorbid traits to do with the displacement of the futility of exerting external control, which transfers to internal control.
again these views though novel are currently being challanged
treatment of choice is family therapy
