calculate the filtration fraction....

2) 0.25
3) 0.15
4) 0.35

how to calculate this one too....pls....help ..me......pls....

filtration fraction/extraction ratio =

amt of drug going into the any organ(inartery suppling)-amt of drug coming out from any organ ( in vein draining)

I think of it as a drug that has a non-linear decrease in blood concentration. Or in otherwords, a constant fraction of filtration rather than a constant amount being subtracted (which would give a linear line for decrease in concentration)
